    Dear Madam, dear Sir,

    It is thanks to your important vote that you are going to be electing or re-electing half of the members of the committee of the Water Dog Club. The future of the Club will depend on these results.

    A very uneasy situation prevails in the heart of the committee and my position is very delicate as I am in the minority.I therefore have not been able to pass on any new ideas, relative to the functioning of our association. Despite the fact that I am legally entirely responsible , and even though I am the President, every 3 months I discover, as you do, the bulletin: Inf'eau that unfortunately, deals with personal problems rather than promoting the breeds that are close to our hearts. I was elected President May 12 2001 and my objectives may have seemed ambitious: double the number of members of the club, and that of the registrations to the LOF (Livre des Origines Françaises). From 78 members at the end of 2000 to 179 at the end of 2003 , that is 100 more cynophiles who share our same passion for Water Dogs. Only 17 dogs were registered in 2000 and there were 72 at the end of 2003. That is an increase of 400%. The figures speak for themselves, the objectives have been fulfilled.

    As first Vice President of the SCC and President of the breeders' commission of this federation, it is with pugnacity that I work every day in favor or French and international cynophily

    TRUST ME, I COMMIT TO PROPOSE TO THE COMMITTEE:
    For the Barbets:
    The organisation of an international meeting ,summer 2005 in the center of France
    For the Lagottos:
    The organisation of a Truffle event specific to the breed in December 04 in Vérargues along with a regional dog show judged by an Italian. For the 4 other breeds:
    More public exposure so that people come to know about the breeds and develop partnerships with their countries of origin. For all the breeds:
    Set up a sanitary policy to eliminate hereditary defects. Develop gatherings all over the country where our members can get together with their companions, our dogs.

    VOTING IS A RIGHT, BUT ALSO A DUTY. VOTE!!!!
